Policies

  • $25+ non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment

  • ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

  • A CONSULTATION IS REQUIRED BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

  • ALL new clients and/or new services require a consultation before booking

  • Same day consults may be available (call)

  • You must reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment

  • You must call us if you're going to be late

  • Late appointments will automatically cancel 10 mins after scheduled appointment time, and will be marked as a No Call No Show

  • Only children being serviced can be in the salon. NO EXTRA CHILDREN ALLOWED

  • Children being serviced can NOT be dropped off or left unattended

Heads Up
  • You must call for braiding services. The braiding menu will be updated in the near future

  • All prices are starting prices. Prices can change if more attention is needed.

  • Please choose the correct option for your hair (length, count, style, add-ons, etc...) Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled if the incorrect option is chosen during booking. Your appointment duration has to match the time booked. This ensures it doesn't run over to the next persons appointment. 

  • If you are unsure of what service to book or have special request, please call or text before booking.

  • If a service is not listed, it is NOT being offered at this time

  • Styles may not be changed on the day of the appointment and/or once seated

  • Please do not book an appointment if the stylist has to be rushed. We will not rush the process, 

  • If you're going to be in the seat for 4+ hours, please bring a snack

  • No food allowed in salon (small snack is ok)
